What sessions look like:
Currently all sessions are telehealth but in-person is coming soon
A space with a lot of active listening on my end, for you to process your emotions while gently being challenged with Socratic questioning
Observations around core beliefs and negative thought patterns
Equipping you with tools to regularly apply and practice outside of therapy
What is inner child therapy?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
