Individual Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Inner Child Work

What sessions look like:

  • Currently all sessions are telehealth but in-person is coming soon

  • A space with a lot of active listening on my end, for you to process your emotions while gently being challenged with Socratic questioning

  • Observations around core beliefs and negative thought patterns

  • Equipping you with tools to regularly apply and practice outside of therapy

What is inner child therapy?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
